1. Scope of Quotations & Supply
All price quotations, proforma invoices, and equipment supply agreements issued by HYDEL IMPEX PVT LTD are subject to these Standard Industrial Terms. Quotations remain valid for 30 calendar days from issuance unless otherwise specified in writing. Prices for hydraulic equipment and custom fabrication are subject to prevailing raw material indices.
2. Technical Specifications & Inspection
All hydraulic pumps, directional and proportional valves, double-acting cylinders, power units, and accessories are manufactured or supplied in strict accordance with ISO 9001:2015 standards. Hydrostatic pressure testing, volumetric flow checks, and dimensional verification are performed prior to dispatch. Inspection certificates can be provided upon buyer request.
3. Delivery & Dispatch
Standard catalogue items are dispatched within 7–15 working days. Custom hydraulic power packs, multi-stage telescopic cylinders, or bespoke manifold blocks require 4–8 weeks depending on engineering complexity. Delivery dates are estimates provided in good faith.
4. Warranty Policy
HYDEL IMPEX warrants all new hydraulic components against manufacturing defects and material flaws for a period of 12 months from the date of commissioning or 18 months from the date of dispatch, whichever is earlier. Warranty is contingent upon correct fluid filtration (ISO 4406 / NAS 1638 standards) and recommended operating pressures.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising out of contracts or orders shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
